The California Redemption Value is the deposit you pay at the time of your purchase.
This deposit may be redeemed at our Recycling Buy-Back Center.

In order to receive the redemption value for CRV items, redemption container(s) must be stamped with one of the following:
  • CA Redemption Value
  • CA Cash Value
  • CA Cash Refund
Guidelines:
  • Please separate CRV items from Non-CRV to ensure proper handling.
  • All CRV refunds are by weight unless the container count is 50 count or less and a count is requested at the beginning of the transaction.
  • California state law limits CRV payments to out-of-state customers to no more than $50 per day.
