South Tahoe Refuse offers blue dumpsters and blue-lid carts for businesses interested in mixed recycling on-site. California law AB 341 requires businesses that generate 4 or more cubic yards of waste weekly to recycle. Providing direct recycling opportunities for both employees and business visitors contributes to protecting our beautiful Lake Tahoe environment.

Container Options for On-Site Business Recycling: 

Cardboard drop-off is free for commercial businesses. Drop-off is at the Resource Recovery Facility at 2121 Eloise Ave.
