Important Software Update: Action Required for Online or Bank Payments

Dear Valued Customer,
We’re excited to announce that we are upgrading our software to better serve your billing and routing needs! As part of this transition, all customers will be seeing a new account number on your next regular billing.

What You Need to Know:
• Software Upgrade Date: 8/4/25. Your current webportal access will be inactive as of August 1st.
• Action Required: Re-register on our website using your new account number: Customers with webportal access will be required to re-register on our website at southtahoerefuse.com using your new account number.
• Customers with payments set up through their bank or payment software: Please update this new account number with your bank’s Billpay or payment software beginning August 4th.
• You will receive your new account number on your next normal billing after August 4th.
• Automatic payments on file with South Tahoe Refuse: Credit cards on file with STR are expected to be converted on August 1st

Online account access is now live!  Please Note: your account number has changed.  Your NEW account number and access code will be included on your next monthly statement.  Once you receive them, please register your account and create new login credentials in our updated system.
